The Compello Exchange seemed very professional at first. Also, my first payment was performed on time. However,they are running late for my 2nd payment and I am getting the run arounds. As an example, my check was supposed to be cut out on August 15th for July’s commissions. Until today (August 25th), no payment has been performed. My Affiliate Manager is not answering calls, nor replying to emails. I spoke to another person in the company who had the following excuses: “…we’ve been running late on payments because we were too busy attending the Affiliate Summit Trade Show…”.
I am worried and I want to prevent any other affiliate marketer from spending their hard-earned money for nothing.
I wanted to give Compello a chance because they are smaller than other companies. Thus, I will stick to the bigger companies because I get paid in a promptly manner.
